We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find a Powder Coater. In this role you will prepare parts for coating, operate powder coating equipment, and ensure high-quality finishes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay, Hours, & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st shift, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary to hire
What will you do as a Powder Coater?
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging them on racks
- Operate powder coating spray guns and related equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
What qualifications will you have as a Powder Coater?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
