We are adding to our team! We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter. In this role, you will help drive our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while delivering an exceptional experience for job seekers. You will work closely with our recruiting team to build talent pipelines, support hiring goals, and connect great people with meaningful employment opportunities throughout our community.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

  • Pay: $40,000 - $50,000+ base salary, depending on experience. Plus, uncapped commission
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

What will you do as a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter?

  • Help local job seekers find meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Build relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person conversations.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions.
  • Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Support local businesses by connecting them with qualified talent.
  • Use recruiting technology, job boards, and social media to attract candidates.
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Track recruiting activity and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team environment.

What qualifications will you have as a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter?

  • Experience with high-volume phone outreach or relationship-building activities.
