We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. In this role you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring product accuracy, maintaining inventory integrity, and helping keep orders moving efficiently and safely through the facility.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $19.00 per hour or more, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Employment Type: Contract to hire
- Work Environment: Onsite, warehouse/distribution setting
What will you do as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator?
- Verify, receive, and document incoming shipments accurately
- Pick, pack, count, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners safely
- Move, lift, and stage materials in designated warehouse areas
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking
- Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with teammates, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
What qualifications will you have as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator?
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
- Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
