We have been asked by a Landscaping Supply client in Noblesville to help them find a Yard Associate. In this role you will support daily yard operations including landscape material handling, equipment operation, general outdoor maintenance, and assisting customers and team members in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work yard.

Pay and Hours

Pay: $20–$24 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Temporary-to-hire

What will you do as a Yard Associate?

  • Operate skid steers to pull materials and load them onto customer vehicles such as trucks, flatbeds, and trailers.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Conduct general yard cleanup, debris removal, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What qualifications will you have as a Yard Associate?

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Skid steer experience preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of landscaping and gardening practices.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to safety and teamwork with a proactive, positive attitude.
