We have been asked by a specialty Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Material Handler/Forklift Operator. In this role you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, operating a sit-down forklift, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely loading, unloading, and inventory management.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

What will you do as a Material Handler/Forklift Operator?
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanner for inventory and tracking
- Load and unload products from trucks, racks, assembly lines, and shipping/receiving areas
- Follow standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What qualifications will you have as a Material Handler/Forklift Operator?
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for at least 8 hours
- Strong assembly skills
- Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- Proficiency in using RF scanners
