We have been asked by a specialty Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Material Handler/Forklift Operator. In this role you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, operating a sit-down forklift, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

What will you do as a Material Handler/Forklift Operator?

  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
  • Use RF scanner for inventory and tracking
  • Load and unload products from trucks, racks, assembly lines, and shipping/receiving areas
  • Follow standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

What qualifications will you have as a Material Handler/Forklift Operator?

  • Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for at least 8 hours
  • Strong assembly skills
  • Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Previous sit-down forklift experience required
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners
