We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find Landscape and Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will support daily lawn maintenance and landscape installation services for residential and commercial properties. You will work as part of a crew performing hands-on outdoor work including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $18 – $24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Flexibility required based on weather conditions and workload needs

What will you do as a Landscape and Lawn Care Crew Member?
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Assist with landscape installations such as planting, mulching, and bed preparation
- Trim shrubs and ornamental plants to maintain appearance and plant health
- Complete seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently
What qualifications will you have as a Landscape and Lawn Care Crew Member?
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to the job site or shop
- Valid driver’s license required
