We have been asked by a Retail Shopping Plaza in Noblesville to help them find a Part-Time Groundskeeper. In this role, you will help keep the shopping plaza clean, attractive, and welcoming by performing groundskeeping, litter removal, property inspections, and light maintenance duties.
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $20.00 per hour
- 3 hours per day
- 4 days per week
- Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Flexible hours during retail business hours

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PART-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER?
- Pick up litter and debris throughout the shopping plaza
- Empty outdoor trash receptacles and replace liners
- Keep sidewalks, curbs, and common areas clean and presentable
- Maintain dumpster areas and service drives
- Perform routine property inspections
- Take photos of maintenance concerns and report them to management
- Assist with light handyman and property maintenance tasks
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU HAVE AS A PART-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER?
- Groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to walk, bend, lift, and perform light physical work
- Basic handyman skills are a plus
- Reliable transportation
