Job Responsibilities:
Process all purchasing documents and data in accordance with policies and procedures.
Verify via three-way match for received items to ensure accurate: costing, G/L code assignment, quantity of goods received, payment terms, invoice date.
- Coordinate with production and other departments within the company to ensure accurate and timely processing of payables.
- Leverage the ERP system of the client to ensure efficient processing of payables.
- Identify discrepancies and present said discrepancies for correction to the Materials Manager and related departments within
- Provide support during the month end close process.
- File and records administration.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Computer skills, specifically in relation to microsoft products.
- Results oriented, self-starter
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
