We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find an Administrative Clerk. In this role, you will support daily office operations by handling incoming communications, managing billing and data entry, and assisting with customer service and showroom tasks.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Contract-to-hire

What will you do as an Administrative Clerk?

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Monitor and respond to emails (Reply All when appropriate)
  • Perform billing tasks accurately and on time
  • Complete daily filing responsibilities
  • Enter all customer orders into the system
  • Contact customers regarding out-of-stock items or substitutions
  • Correct invoices for the following day
  • Ensure payments are collected and recorded
  • Generate and distribute the “Pulled vs. Ordered” form
  • Conduct UPS review/update at 2:00 PM daily
  • Perform Wintegrate system review/update at 4:20 PM daily
  • Assist in managing the showroom and occasionally help fill orders

What qualifications will you have as an Administrative Clerk?

  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic billing procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines
  • Comfortable using email and office software systems
  • Customer service experience is a plus
