Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Description

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, customer service, and accounting support skills. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, including data entry and invoice tracking
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office management tasks
  • Support additional projects and office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience required; AP/AR experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
