Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Data entry – will input payroll info then have it processed
• Customer service – answering calls
• Dispatching guys to the job
• NEEDS TO HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE - Admin and Accounts Payable

Schedule & Pay:

• FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
• $24/hr

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

• Preferably experience working in a construction office, not required
• Quickbooks, MS Office, software for dispatch, so you may be dispatching
• Biggest thing is answering the phone and payroll, payroll that's due to ADP by Wednesday of next week. Only 5 employees. Payroll is out of ADP.
• Must have reliable and timely transportation
• Good work ethic; punctual & dependable; take pride in your work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Drug-free; background check
