We have been asked by a Manufacturer in Westfield, IN to help them find several 2nd Shift Production Assembly Specialists. In this role, you will work with the Team Lead to meet production schedules, clean and maintain the work area, and assemble parts on an assembly line using hand tools. Enjoy free monthly lunches and a casual work environment in a climate-controlled workplace.
Pay/Salary, Hours/Shift, and Benefits
Pay: $16.40/hr. including a shift differential (will increase after hire)
Hours/Shift: 2nd shift, 5 PM - 3:30 AM, Monday to Thursday (Work 4-10's with Fridays off or overtime!)

What will you do as a 2nd Shift Production Assembly Specialist?
- Work with the Team Lead to meet production schedules
- Assemble parts on an assembly line using hand tools
- Lift finished parts into boxes for shipping
- Clean and maintain the work area
What qualifications will you have as a 2nd Shift Production Assembly Specialist?
- Prior manufacturing or production assembly experience
- Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably
