We are currently hiring an experienced** Backhoe Operator** for a growing construction company. This position is ideal for someone with strong equipment operating skills who can also read and interpret construction plans and blueprints on active job sites.

**Responsibilities **include operating a backhoe for excavation, trenching, grading, site preparation, and other construction-related tasks while following project specifications and safety procedures. Candidates may also assist with general site duties as needed and work alongside crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous backhoe operating experience required
• Ability to read and understand construction plans/blueprints
• Construction site experience required
• Knowledge of excavation and grading practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
