A major kitchen operation in Līhuʻe is hiring a Full-Time Cook to support high-volume meal production. If you have solid commercial kitchen experience and want a reliable, long-term opportunity with weekly pay and steady hours, this is an excellent fit.
## **Responsibilities**
* Prepare hot and cold menu items using standardized recipes
* Support daily food service for patients, staff, and visitors
* Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and portioning guidelines
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
* Assist with prep, food storage, rotation, and line setup
* Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service
## **Requirements**
* 1+ year of recent professional cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, healthcare, school cafeteria, etc.)
* Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and prep lists
* Solid knowledge of food safety & kitchen sanitation
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
* Team player with strong communication and time-management skills
