We are hiring a dependable Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate for a building supply business in the Hoover/Pelham area. This role is a great fit for someone with strong customer service skills, inside sales experience, and the ability to help in the warehouse as needed.

Pay: $15–$17/hr, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM–4:30 PM Overtime: Regular overtime available/expected

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inside/counter sales
• Ask open-ended questions to help determine customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and product support
• Check stock, inventory, and order status
• Communicate clearly with management and team members
• Work in the warehouse regularly as needed
• Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a forklift to help load and unload trucks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and inside sales skills
• Professional, presentable, and approachable
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in both sales and warehouse environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
