Our client, a leading furniture warehouse in Fishers is looking for a couple warehouse workers to help load furniture and assist with the unloading at customer homes. This position pays $18 an hour and is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a similar position as what a moving company would do.

Position: Delivery Helper

Location: Noblesville, IN

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Salary: $18.00 an hour

What will you do as the Delivery Helper?

  • Receive and pick orders from the warehouse
  • Gather furniture orders and carry them to delivery vehicles
  • Stage orders by wrapping the product carefully, and placing it into the delivery vehicles
  • Assist with the delivery by going along with drivers, and delivering furniture to customer homes
  • Carefully unload furniture inside homes and assemble furniture if necessary

What qualities will you have as the Delivery Helper?

  • Be able to lift 50-65 lbs. comfortably
  • Have great communication and a customer service attitude
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to varying situations
  • Decent assembly skills and great attention to detail
