About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured environment, able to be on out in the field 50% of the time, values professional growth, and is excited by performance-based incentives and career advancement.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing directly to company growth. Comprehensive sales training at our headquarters, ongoing support, and incentive-based rewards—including trips for top performers—are core parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Attend sales training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and training sessions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based role
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
