Now Hiring: Electrician

We are seeking an experienced** Electrician** to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in newly constructed pre-cast modular buildings. If you have strong electrical knowledge, can read blueprints, and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime and weekend work available as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, lighting, and control systems.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment.
  • Test and inspect completed electrical work to ensure compliance with NEC standards.
  • Perform all work safely in accordance with NFPA 70E guidelines.
  • Bend conduit accurately and professionally.
  • Travel to job sites for installations and troubleshooting, including occasional overnight, out-of-state travel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience.
  • Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction math, blueprint reading, and electrical installation.
  • Experience using power tools, hand tools, and conduit benders.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working on knees and outdoors when required.
  • Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe or EH composite-toe boots.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Flexible to stay beyond scheduled hours to ensure work is completed safely and correctly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
