Experienced Welder – MIG, TIG, Stick & Flux Core

Pay: $25 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Welder with strong skills in multiple welding processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with various metals and fabrication techniques.

This position is ideal for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can adapt to different welding projects and materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding on various metals and components.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, fitting, and positioning components.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding required.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work with different metals and welding applications.
• Experience reading blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience welding copper or bronze is a major plus!

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday.
• Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Day shift with a consistent four-day workweek.
