You will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, compiling financial reports and implementing processes to control manufacturing costs and maintain systems to monitor profitability.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the company.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring financial controls
• Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies
• Maintain effective internal controls
• Financial planning analysis
• Ensure inventory management program is effective and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient with QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• 8 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Conduct audits of production and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Valid Drivers License and ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated
• Ability to work in an office as well as in a manufacturing environment to include but not limited to:
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, lifting 50lbs
• Willingness to perform all tasks
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends
• Ability to stay until tasks are finished properly, flexible end of day (job may require staying past regular end of shift)
