This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally and eventually move into a recruiting or staffing specialist role.

Job Details

Starting Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Hwy 280 / Inverness area

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As the first face (and voice!) our candidates meet, your role is essential. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and greeting candidates and visitors with a smile

Coordinating interview flow and keeping things running smoothly

Calling candidates to schedule interviews with our recruiters

Ensuring all necessary documents are complete and organized

Assisting job seekers by collecting and entering their information

Screening and directing incoming calls

Performing background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify processes

What You Need to Succeed

We can train you on the technical stuff, but we’re looking for someone who:

Is naturally friendly, confident, and approachable

Has a clear, professional, and upbeat phone voice (with good phone etiquette!)

Comes from retail, inside sales, or restaurant experience — those skills are gold here

Stays calm under pressure and when dealing with stressed-out candidates

Types accurately and can enter data efficiently

Is comfortable learning new systems and using digital tools

Is organized, punctual, and dependable

And of course, enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
