Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of manual tasks. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by performing physical labor, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting skilled workers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials

Assist with site cleanup, waste removal, and organization

Operate basic hand and power tools safely

Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors as directed

Follow all safety rules and company procedures

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks

Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas

Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous labor or construction experience is a plus but not required

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices

Working Conditions

Outdoor and indoor work environments

Exposure to weather, dust, and noise

Standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
