Now Hiring: HVAC Lead Installer

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Lead Installer to lead installations and ensure quality workmanship on every job.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead residential and/or commercial HVAC installation projects.
• Install heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Oversee installation crews and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints, follow installation specifications, and ensure code compliance.
• Install and connect refrigerant lines, ductwork, electrical components, and thermostats.
• Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Communicate job progress and material needs with management.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation experience required.
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with local codes and safety standards.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred or required, depending on job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
