Residential HVAC Technician

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join a growing team. This position is ideal for a dependable HVAC professional who is comfortable independently diagnosing problems, completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and handling residential ductwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC system issues
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Service heating and air conditioning equipment
• Install, repair, and modify ductwork
• Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, and system performance issues
• Replace defective or worn HVAC components
• Perform routine system inspections and tune-ups
• Test systems after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential heating and cooling systems
• Experience performing HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Working knowledge of ductwork installation and repair
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to safely use HVAC tools, testing equipment, and hand/power tools

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Compensation

$25.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for someone who can step into the role with solid hands-on residential HVAC experience and confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
