Front-End Loader Operator

Pay: Starting at $21.00+ per hour, depending on experience

A local company is seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Caterpillar front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment in a construction, quarry, industrial, or heavy equipment environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to move, load, and transport materials
• Load trucks, hoppers, and other equipment as needed
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all job-site safety procedures
• Assist with general site operations when equipment is not in use
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a front-end loader required
• Experience operating Caterpillar equipment preferred
• Construction, quarry, mining, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections
• Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Pay: $21.00+ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time
