We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance for a SUMMER PROJECT. The position involves performing maintenance and repair work in dorm rooms, including tasks like replacing towel racks, TP holders, floor tiles, window blinds, smoke detectors, mirrors, door hinges, knobs, and more. This is a full-time, hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in dorm rooms, including replacing towel racks, TP holders, floor tiles, window blinds, smoke detectors, mirrors, and door hardware
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously
• Provide timely completion of repairs to maintain dorm room functionality
• Report any issues or additional needs to the supervisor

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment for repairs
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality work
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
• Must be available to work without time off during the first 3 weeks of employment
