Job Summary: A loan company with various locations is looking for a Manager Trainee currently for their Bessemer location to join their team. With the possibility of relocating to another branch.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Job Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service via phone and in-person
• Promote additional products to best serve new and existing customers
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
• Assist the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goals
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents
• Become proficient in all aspects of management such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership

Schedule & Pay

• FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6:30pm
• Willingness to work overtime if needed, Some 4 hour shifts on Saturdays
• $15.50/hr *** With an opportunity to make monthly incentives and monthly bonuses which could range anywhere from $100-$750 a month depending on performance.
