Welder

Position Type: Full-Time
Openings: 1–2 positions available

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. We are looking to hire at least one welder, with the possibility of adding a second qualified candidate if the right individuals are available.

The ideal candidate will have solid welding experience and be comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment. Additional experience with plasma cutting, forklift operation, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks safely and efficiently according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Operate a plasma cutter as needed.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous welding experience.
• Ability to perform quality welds safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred:

• Experience operating a plasma cutter.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
