Experienced Welder – MIG & Stick

Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on welding experience and be proficient in both MIG and Stick welding processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on various metal materials and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Prepare, measure, cut, and fit metal materials for welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience required.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Compensation
