Overview Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a 433A Millwright Apprentice on behalf of one of our respected clients. This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role offers a clear growth path into a Maintenance Manager position for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, and a strong mechanical skill set.

Key Responsibilities Support in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Collaborate with the senior maintenance team on repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.

Maintain safety standards and adhere to all health & safety regulations.

Keep detailed records of maintenance work and equipment performance.

Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities on the floor.

Begin taking leadership on smaller tasks or shifts, developing skills for a future supervisory role.

Qualifications Registered 433A Millwright Apprentice with 3–4 years of hands-on experience.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.

Welding, machining, or fabrication skills are considered an asset.

Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience leading small teams or projects is a plus.

Open to taking on additional responsibilities with a long-term goal of becoming a Maintenance Manager.

What’s in It for You Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $35.00 (based on experience)

Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday, 11 AM – 9 PM)
