We have been asked by a Manufacturing client in Fishers to help them find an Operations and Employee Support Coordinator. In this role, you will support daily plant operations through a mix of training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, administrative support, and light logistical duties, while serving as a key point of contact for onboarding, safety training, and workplace communication programs.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: $25 – $28 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with required early mornings
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 AM start (New Hire Training days)
- Monthly Safety Training Day: 5:30 AM start
- On early days, schedule allows departure after 8 hours
- Additional Compensation: $20 stipend (in addition to hourly rate) for weekly Sam’s Club pickup duties

What will you do as an Operations and Employee Support Coordinator?
- Lead and present new hire orientation and safety training sessions for groups of 20–50 employees
- Conduct follow-ups with employees who miss required training and grade safety quizzes
- Maintain accurate training records, including logging and filing participation data
- Support company store operations, including stocking and basic administrative tasks
- Manage canteen operations, including inventory and weekly offsite supply runs
- Coordinate onsite catering and assist with planning and supporting plant events
- Administer employee recognition programs, including tracking and distributing awards
- Create and post internal communications such as birthday and service anniversary flyers
- Maintain and update communication boards throughout the facility
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
What qualifications will you have as an Operations and Employee Support Coordinator?
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Ability to work early morning schedules as required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to perform local pickup duties
