About the Role

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support production operations

Assemble, install, and maintain production equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Uphold safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative in problem-solving

Support junior team members as needed and be prepared for a future leadership role

What We’re Looking For

✅ 433A Millwright License (Required) ✅ Recent graduates or apprenticeship completers are encouraged to apply ✅ Mechanical aptitude with a strong work ethic ✅ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills ✅ Some leadership qualities or supervisory experience is a strong asset ✅ Willingness to grow into a leadership role over time
