Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Experienced Screen Printer for a reputable client specializing in custom printing services. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for a skilled individual with 5+ years of screen printing experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of materials and products, including bags, T-shirts, and specialty items, with a strong eye for detail and color accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment

Set up and run multi-color print jobs with precision

Burn screens and ensure proper screen preparation

Match and mix Pantone colors to customer specifications

Print on various substrates, including textiles, bags, and specialty products

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized work area

Perform quality checks to ensure consistent and high-quality output

Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on screen printing experience

Proficient in burning screens and multi-color setup

Skilled in Pantone color matching and ink mixing

Experience printing on a variety of materials, including apparel and promotional items

Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot printing issues

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Team-oriented with good communication skills
