Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Pay: $65,000–$75,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for overseeing production employees, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and employees
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures
• Train, coach, and develop production team members
• Address production issues and implement solutions as needed
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
