Construction Project Manager Hueytown, AL Area $25.00/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects in the Hueytown area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry and a strong ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project timelines from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct site visits and project meetings
- Communicate project updates with clients and leadership
- Resolve project issues and delays as they arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
