Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams related to facility construction, equipment procurement, validation activities, and product development.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or resource constraints.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central point of communication between leadership, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, quality personnel, and operational teams.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate action items and ensure accountability across all project participants.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while proposing practical solutions.
- Drive decision-making processes and help remove obstacles that impede progress.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Create executive-level summaries and dashboards for leadership review.
- Ensure project records are organized and accessible.
Process Improvement
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Continuously improve project tracking, communication, and execution processes.
- Support a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
Timeline: ~1 Year (until project is completed)
