CNC Operator (Python Machine)

Location: Birmingham, AL
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:20 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Birmingham area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and can operate and set up Python CNC machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Python machines for production runs
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating CNC or Python machines
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and setup procedures
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
