Job Description

We have been asked by a Medical Device Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find workers for 1st and 2nd shift to help with a Product Rework Project. Manufacturing Operator/Assembly Workers for 1st 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

In this role, you will re-label medical devices;

open product cartons,
apply updated labels to the neck braces according to specifications,
repackage products,
and help ensure items meet customer requirements before shipment.

The project will last about 3 months, and when it's done, you can apply for a permanent job if you'd like.

Work Designation

First Shift: $15.00 per hour, 6:45am - 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Second Shift: $15.50 per hour, 2:45pm - 11:00pm, Monday thru Friday

What qualifications will you have for this Product Rework Project?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
