Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CDL Roll-Off Truck Driver for an immediate, full-time opportunity in the Ashville, AL area. This position involves operating a roll-off truck to transport and deliver containers and materials throughout local and regional service areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous roll-off truck driving experience, a strong commitment to safety, and a dependable work ethic.

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay and a consistent weekday schedule. No manual loading or unloading is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck on local and regional routes.
• Transport, deliver, and pick up roll-off containers as assigned.
• Properly operate roll-off equipment and hydraulic systems.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality while completing assigned routes.

Qualifications

• Previous roll-off truck driving experience REQUIRED.
• Valid CDL Class A or Class B, appropriate for the assigned equipment.
• Clean driving record and acceptable MVR.
• Must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Current DOT medical certification or ability to meet medical qualification requirements.
• Knowledge of safe commercial vehicle operation.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes efficiently.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day.
• Routes: Local and regional.
• Employment: Permanent, direct-hire position.
• Physical Labor: No manual loading or unloading required.
