Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit and assurance engagement activities while meeting client expectations and project objectives.
- Collaborate with Directors and Managers throughout all phases of engagements, including planning, scheduling, fieldwork, and client communications.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and timely communication.
- Complete assignments accurately and efficiently while meeting internal and client deadlines.
- Demonstrate sound professional judgment and attention to detail in all aspects of engagement work.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the development of staff members as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
Experience
- 5–7 years of public accounting experience, preferably with audit and assurance engagements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated professional skepticism and sound judgment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients, management, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting and audit software applications.
