Audit Manager / Senior Auditor

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, analytical, and critical-thinking professional to join our expanding Audit Practice, one of the firm's fastest-growing service areas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment while developing a strong technical and professional skill set. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute audit and assurance engagement activities while meeting client expectations and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Managers throughout all phases of engagements, including planning, scheduling, fieldwork, and client communications.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and timely communication.
  • Complete assignments accurately and efficiently while meeting internal and client deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment and attention to detail in all aspects of engagement work.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the development of staff members as needed.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of public accounting experience, preferably with audit and assurance engagements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated professional skepticism and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients, management, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting and audit software applications.
