We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our client's team in Mississauga. This full-time, permanent position offers a great opportunity for growth in a stable and fast-paced environment within the HVAC and building automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming materials and packages

Unpack shipments and verify contents against packing slips

Accurately enter received items into the accounting and inventory system

Prepare and ship outgoing materials via UPS, Purolator, freight, or other carriers

Stage and organize customer orders for delivery or pickup

Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials on shelves or pallets

Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; inventory software experience is a plus

Physically capable of lifting and moving materials (no forklift license required)

Comfortable using a manual pump truck

Prior experience in the HVAC or building automation industry is considered an asset

Reliable transportation is required due to location

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate: $24–$25/hour (based on experience)
