NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE 1ST SHIFT POSITIONS

Location: Calera, AL – serving applicants from Calera, Pelham, Montevallo, and surrounding areas
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour and up
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for multiple positions on our 1st shift team. We are looking for candidates from Calera, Pelham, Montevallo, and surrounding communities who are ready to work, learn, and become part of a reliable team.

Positions Available

Material Handler

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area
  • Follow workplace safety procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse and production activities

Sewing Operator

  • Operate industrial sewing equipment
  • Sew and assemble materials according to specifications
  • Maintain quality and production standards
  • Previous sewing experience is helpful but may not be required

General Labor

  • Perform a variety of production and labor duties
  • Assist with materials, equipment, and work-area organization
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift

Construction Worker

  • Assist with construction and job-site activities
  • Handle materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform general construction labor as directed
  • Follow all job-site safety requirements

Qualifications

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Willingness to work a full 1st shift
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Ability to perform physical job duties as required
  • Previous experience is a plus, but requirements vary by position
