Job Title: Sales Associate **Location: **Birmingham, AL 35228 **Pay: **$17.00 – $20.00/hr + Uncapped Bonuses **Schedule: **Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Closed Sundays

Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to help customers find safe, affordable tire and wheel solutions through our lease-to-own program. This role involves engaging with walk-ins and inbound leads, setting appointments, and guiding customers through the sales process.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online

Recommend tire/wheel options based on needs and budget

Maintain showroom appearance and organize product displays

Track leads and update customer records

Support team goals and deliver top-tier service

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience

Knowledge of tire technician work is preferred

Goal-driven, positive, and coachable mindset

Strong communication skills

Bilingual is a plus

Must pass background and drug screen

Must be able to travel to Tampa, FL for 2 weeks of training
