**Job Title**: Warehouse Associate  
**Location**: Alabaster, AL  
**Job Type**: Full-Time  
**Reports To**: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager  

## Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory according to company procedures and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely delivery of products.

## Key Responsibilities

* Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
* Load and unload trucks using manual and/or powered equipment.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
* Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
* Assist with periodic physical inventories and audits.
* Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.

## Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
* Basic math and reading skills.
* Familiarity with inventory software and scanning systems is a plus.
* Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be certified).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

## Working Conditions

* Warehouse environment; may be subject to varying temperatures.
* Frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
