We have been asked by a a Custom Manufacturing Company in Noblesville to help them find a Welder/Fabricator. In this role you will fabricate, weld, and prepare metal components used in the production of engineered blower systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, proper assembly, and adherence to production standards.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30am–4:30pm; Friday 7:30am–11:30am

What will you do as a Welder/Fabricator?

  • Read and interpret engineering prints, diagrams, and written instructions
  • Identify necessary raw materials and components for production
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding and fabrication processes
  • Cut and weld assemblies to required specifications
  • De-burr, grind, and finish metal components for proper fit and finish
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Maintain effective communication across departments
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

What qualifications will you have as a Welder/Fabricator?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to read tape measures, prints, and fabrication diagrams
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
  • Welding certifications a plus
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
