We are currently seeking an experienced Structural MIG Welder for a growing company in the Bessemer area. This position requires someone who is highly proficient in MIG welding and comfortable performing structural welds in a fast-paced shop environment.

Pay: $22–$26/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural MIG welds according to specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret welding drawings and measurements
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Strong MIG welding experience required
• Structural welding experience preferred
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Experience reading blueprints and tape measurements
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime as needed
