Job Title: Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate Pay: $18 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations while also assisting customers at the sales counter. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and it is required that the candidate has knowledge of industrial hoses in order to properly assist customers and identify the correct products.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers and deliveries
Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and purchases
Help customers identify the correct industrial hoses and related products
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and sales area
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
Required: Warehouse experience
Required: Knowledge of industrial hoses
Preferred: Customer service experience
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
