About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and mature individual to join our team as an Inventory Compliance Team Member. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring company policies are followed, and supporting operational integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple systems and physical locations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, spot-checks, and audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams.
- Ensure adherence to internal inventory procedures, health & safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Support data entry, reporting, and documentation related to inventory control.
- Identify and suggest improvements to inventory processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments.
- Assist with receiving and dispatch checks to ensure accuracy.
Key Qualities & Requirements
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with routine, structure, and policy compliance.
- Experience in inventory, warehousing, or compliance roles is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with spreadsheets, inventory software, etc.)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to perform occasional stock checks (may involve lifting, walking, or standing).
- Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
