Location: Honolulu, HI
Base Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, occasional overtime
Position Overview
A premier regional supplier of scaffolding, forming, and shoring products is expanding its Honolulu branch. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate (Equipment) to manage client accounts, generate accurate project bids, and coordinate logistics. This role blends industrial sales, technical blueprint estimation, and operations management.

Core Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Help customers find the right scaffolding and forming products
- Create Estimates: Read blueprints and project plans to write up accurate, profitable cost bids
- Coordinate Logistics: Work with the warehouse, crew, and dispatch to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Track Inventory: Check that equipment is ready for projects and order parts when needed
- Handle Billing: Check invoices for accuracy and process change orders
- Learn Products: Attend regular training sessions to stay sharp on all equipment specs
Skills
- Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction or building materials is preferred
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Math & Tech Skills: Strong math skills and comfort using computers, email, and office tech
- CAD Skills: Experience with CAD or graphic design software is a plus
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
