Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for a recycling and material processing facility in Batavia. This is a full-time position, 1st Shift, for someone comfortable operating multiple types of heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate forklifts, loaders, and other large material-processing equipment
  • Sort, move, and process recyclable materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload materials and support daily production needs
  • Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous heavy equipment or industrial equipment operating experience required
  • Experience operating multiple types of machinery strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing, recycling, material handling, or similar industrial experience
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a physical environment
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Pay: $22–$30/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00am–5:00pm, Full-Time + Overtime
